Isa Malik is a passionate and driven Creative Director at a leading digital marketing agency, based in Birmingham. At just 18 years old, Isa Malik brings a fresh and innovative perspective to the world of digital content, backed by a strong academic foundation and hands-on industry experience.
A graduate with a Level 3 National Diploma in Creative Media Production, awarded with an outstanding DDD* grade from BTEC, Isa has already built a solid reputation in creative circles. With a technical skill set that spans videography, photography, editing, and content strategy, they have successfully delivered numerous freelance projects across various sectors, helping brands craft compelling visual stories and boost engagement on social media platforms.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of digital trends, Isa specialises in creating content that not only looks great but also performs—driving visibility, traction, and growth for businesses online.
As the CEO of Auxiem Marketing, Bilal is passionate about the importance of marketing and showcasing the quality of your business. Bilal achieved 8 GCSEs including English and Maths and has experience in marketing through his role as Lead Digital Marketer at bouncing statistics.
In addition, Bilal is a football coach which has allowed him to develop fundamental skills such as excellent communication, problem solving and team leadership.
Bilal has a passion for economics and is currently studying it for his A-Levels alongside psychology and sport. There are many transferrable skills such as decision making and insights into leadership, motivation. Economics will allow him to gain an insight into market awareness and resource management.
As the development manager of Auxein Marketing, Zayaan is accountable for generating leads and company research developing opportunities for company's growth. Zayaan identifies where company's lack marketing strategies, reducing visibility of the company and then transmits it to his team of professionals which then they provide a service to achieve expansion .
Zayaan is highly experienced within the sales industry; Working as an energy sales advisor, Zayaan has developed fundamental skills such as communication, problem solving and always remaining with a positive attitude. Zayaan specialises in customer satisfaction , Generating leads and company research.
Additionally Zayaan has achieved GSCE's grade 4-9 in subjects such as English and Maths.
